Log in with your admin account at https://OML_HOST/admin/. In the “Constance” section click on “Config”
Set the WEBPHONE_CLIENT_ENABLED variable to True by clicking on the box. This will enable the module.
Set the WEBPHONE_CLIENT_TTL variable. The lifetime of webphone credentials is 1200 seconds (20 minutes)
Set the WEBPHONE_VIDEO_DOMAIN variable to the jitsi server to use in case you want to allow video calls.
Then click on «Save»
It is a necessary condition that the instance is registered, an action that is carried out from the Help>Register menu in the Administration panel:
Webphone Client Pro is available for OmniLeads versions 1.3.2 or higher. If you have questions on how to obtain the activation key, please contact info@omnileads.net.
With the WEBPHONE_CLIENT_ENABLED variable set to True, you can now create a WebphoneClient user, logging into OMniLeads as admin:
Go to Users and Groups –> New User. Choose the “Webphone Client” role for this user.
You can see the created user in Users and Groups –> WebphoneClients
Note
Please remember the username and password for this user. You will need them to obtain SIP login credentials using the OMniLeads API.
Webphone Client is a commercial module, which is why its operation is subject to product activation by linking a key (access key) with the Key Server. The licensing scheme is permanent (definitive key), and 1 year of updates are provided for bug-fixing coverage and new features on the installed release. If you need upgrades for releases that are more than one year old, the key can be updated at a modest cost. The key allows you to activate the module in 1 (one) instance at a time, and is not subject to the number of agents operating on the platform.
