Wordpress Plugin

WordPress plugin

We created a simple WordPress plugin, so you can insert the WebPhone client as a Widget, anywhere on your website. The plugin has not yet been published in the WordPress repository, so it has to be installed manually:

Installation

  1. In the Wordpress admin page go to Plugin -> Add New and upload the oml-webphone-client.zip file.

  2. Click the “Install” button and wait for it to install.

  3. Once installed Activate the plugin in the plugins list.

Configuration

  1. Go to Settings -> OMniLeads WebphoneClient, there you will configure your webphone client with the credentials of the WebPhone Client User you created in your OMniLeads instance. Then enter the API URL.

  1. Once this is configured, go to the Widget menu, where you will see the “OML WebphoneClient Widget” available. Here you will configure more things:

Title: a title for your webphone KamailioHost: the LAN IP of your OMniLeads instance. If we are hosting the OMniLeads, ask us for this parameter Style Options: the name of the IDs and classes to create a custom design of the webphone using CSS. See the Changelog section Call Buttons: you can insert a maximum of four call buttons. Here you configure the number to call and the name that the button will have.

  1. Click Save to save the configuration and you can now see the inserted widget on your page.

Plugin Update

To update the plugin you first need to:

  1. In the Wordpress admin page go to Plugin find the plugin OMniLeads Webphone Addon

  2. Deactivate and delete the plugin

  3. Reinstall it with the updated .zip.

Note

It is necessary to reconfigure the data in Settings -> OMniLeads WebphoneClient, since the plugin has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
